Another fabric page | The Decorated Surface
https://thedecoratedsurface.wordpress.com/2007/05/29/another-fabric-page
Experiments in paper, fabric and anything mixed media. Inside the flower patch. May 29, 2007. This 5x5inch fabric page was made for my friend Kasha. Unlike the other participants in the swap, Kasha specified no theme and no colour choice, so I was given free reign to play with some favourite colours! Whilst a theme/colour will normally give initial direction to a piece, it’s sometimes nice to just play with whatever takes your fancy. I used two images by Paper Whimsy. Feed for this Entry. Experiments in paper, fabric and anything mixed media. I love to dabble and play in mixed media art – a little of this, a little of that. Lots of fabric and textiles, lots of paper and paint! This love has been relegated to the background this year as I’ve started a new business making clothes for girls, but I still love to get my hands messy, so call back often as I’ll be sharing any attempts at art here! Auntie Sandy's Art: Three bottles of paint
http://auntiesandy.blogspot.com/2012/06/three-bottles-of-paint.html
A place to show off some of my artwork and share some of my adventures while traveling and enjoying my fabulous family and friends. Monday, June 18, 2012. Three bottles of paint. I started off the day trying to use up 3 bottles of paint that I got for a great price last summer. They take up too much room in my paint drawer and so I want them gone. Fortunately, I had 2 canvases from a garage sale that I thought I could use up the paint on backgrounds. Then I smeared some paint on with the credit card.

This is a collage that I made while preparing for a foot surgery. I love this dancer image from Local King rubber stamps. A place to show off some of my artwork and share some of my adventures while traveling and enjoying my fabulous family and friends. Monday, June 25, 2012. As I was mulling over what everyone said about how they would refinish the cabinets, I thought about an old trick I had used on some furniture nicks before. Good old Sharpie Markers. I decided to give it one more try using the supplies in my CRAFT ROOM! Sunday, June 24, 2012. The photo above is the new addition to our screen door that leads to the deck...
