It's mid-Janurary and I know I haven't posted in awhile. I've had some health issues, and I've been focusing my time and energy on taking care of myself. I didn't have much choice in the matter. I could sulk and be depressed, or I could do something about it. I chose to be proactive in my health. That meant a change in lifestyle, and making good food choices.
