We stayed a few days in the area and then made our way up to Titusville mostly motoring. Again event free. We've been in Titusville for a little over a week getting things done. Friday, March 22, 2013. It has taken a while for us to decompress enough to get the time to tie up loose ends. We left Marsh Harbour on the 8. On Saturday the 9. We estimated that our speed would average somewhere in the 6 knot range so given the distance of 114 nautical miles we would have to leave at around 9 pm on the 10. Friday, November 23, 2012. It's been so windy hear that my new jib was bungied down on our foredeck for the last five days. Today was the first day since we were launched that was warm (low 70's) and low winds. So we raised the new jib today. It looks great. Pumped up the dinghy today and tomorrow we go back to Orlando to go to Costco. Monday we go to Walmart for the bulk of our provisioning. What interesting people we meet on our adventures. Saturday, March 17, 2012. We're in Marsh Harbour and have been for the last three days. We've had a great time hear. The boaters on the dock insisted that we come to the end of the dock and join their daily 5:00 pm cocktail party. We fit right in and heard great stories. Sunday, March 9, 2014. We made it to West End marina yesterday and went right through all the supertankers and container ships that provide most of the Bahamas' wealth. We had to motor all the way as the winds were right on our nose. The marina at West End is a resort as well that caters to sport fishermen and divers. We ran into a crew of a dozen Polish divers that were here to see sharks. We are treating ourselves to a day of R&R around the pool today as we cross back to Florida early tomorrow morning.
