Back in my corner (with crayons). Sunday, November 2, 2014. Sharing with you my last layout as a Creative Team member with White With 1. The colour for November is Freesia. Just gorgeous. I printed out the photo of my daughter directly onto an A4 piece of canvas and then embellished onto it. I have hidden a small envelope between the canvas and the cardstock and used this to house a journalling tag which I will add some journalling to later. :-). Well that's it from me for now. And I am totally LOVING it! My technique sheet, which is sent out to Scrappy Chat Designs members, shows a step by step on how I created the layout below. And a close up . isn't that crackle effect delicious? And it is sooo easy to achieve with the Deco Art ONE STEP crackle medium that comes in the kit. Of the month prior.

Back in my corner (with crayons). Saturday, May 2, 2015. I bought this globe at my local op shop back in November 2013 for $5 and had so many ideas running through my head on what to do with it! Way too many tabs open :/. So I put it onto the shelf where it stayed for a while. The first thing I did was to get rid of the electronic bits and pieces (it was a light). Then I spray painted it black. I had an idea of covering the whole thing with photos. like this. I was sooo very excited to getting started.
