Whole wheat Rotini pasta. 2 large chicken breasts, skinless. 1/4 of a large calabaza squash. 3/4 cup frozen green peas, thawed. 1 large onion, thinly sliced. 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup pasta water. 1/2 tsp kosher salt extra for seasoning. 1/4 tsp black pepper extra for seasoning. 1/4 tsp ground ginger. 1 Tbsp cold unsalted butter. 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme. Olive oil as needed. Goat cheese for garnish, optional. Roasted calabaza rotini with goat cheese.

One of the classic combination that would be considered a perfect pair is chocolate and berries. When I was in the mood for something chocolatey,. Berry chocolate semolina cake. 6 Tbsp unsalted butter. 4 oz semisweet chocolate. 4 oz bittersweet chocolate. 1/3 light brown sugar. 1/4 cup hazelnut syrup. 1/4 cup fine semolina. 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour. 1/3 cup fresh raspberries (optional). Line a 9″ cake pan (preferably spring form pan) with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
