Saturday, October 30, 2004. We're back. Back and exhausted. This whole day was just too much, so when we got back here we went right for the TV and both fell asleep. Friday, April 27, 2007. When is a sandwich NOT a sandwich? Today was one of those rare days I didn’t bring lunch to work. It’s a long and boring story, but the point is when lunch time rolled around, I was sitting here lunchless. Being lunchless in a lunchy world is no damn fun. Fortunately, the building in which I work sits next to several fooderies, so I had my selection of places to go and spend $12 or so for some over-salted grub. Anyway, I think the woman working the counter is a little sweet on me.

Thursday, October 28, 2004. What is the problem? How can anyone be so wrapped up in their own viewpoint that they are unable to so much as consider the salient points of an opposing view.
