Tomorrow starts a new year. I'd like to see if I can drop 40 lbs. this year. I've never blogged before so lets's see if this fat boy can get the hang of it and use it to document my progress. Friday, June 20, 2008. We've all heard it before. Sometimes things have to get worse before they get better. By April of 2008 my weight had ballooned to 258lbs! Some of that was water gain due to a kidney stone which I developed. (A first for me. - And i hope a last). While in the Doctors office I picked up a brochure for "Total Health and Fitness", a company who helps guide it's clients with nutrition and exercise planning as well as monitoring progress. Kevin B.
