Love, Laugh and Reflect: When I saw myself in a parallel world
http://www.purba-chakraborty.com/2017/01/when-i-saw-myself-in-parallel-world.html
Reviews of my Books. Wednesday, 4 January 2017. When I saw myself in a parallel world. Sitting in lotus position,. I close my eyes. Let myself drown and then float gently. On the soothing meditation music. I slowly travel to a distant land. Where harmony and beatitude exist. I see a carpet of verdant grass. Yellow and pink blooms. Whimsical butterflies dancing around. I notice a girl; wind in her hair. As she followed the butterflies,. Chasing them until she is tired. Holding her belly, she then lies down.

A Good Day | Paul Andrew Russell
https://paulandrewrussellprose.wordpress.com/2016/02/20/a-good-day
Posted by Paul Andrew Russell. Asymp; 2 Comments. From My Old Blog. It was a good day. I felt it as I walked out of the liquor store, brown paper bag under my arm; the first time I’d been near a bottle of booze in fifteen years. It felt good, in a sick sort of way. Like a kid stealing a double chocolate chip cookie from the jar. Only this was grown up stuff, Mr Daniels was my liquid sugar fix. I had the driver’s window all the way down, the sound of Terry Jacks’ Seasons in the Sun echoing off the houses ...

STARDREAMING With Sherry Blue Sky. Poetry, memoir, blogs and photographs from my world on the west coast of Canada. Friday, August 7, 2015. A Receptacle for Rain. If I am a vase,. I am a chipped one,. Thrown off a back porch,. Lying on my side,. Without apparent function,. In the tall weedy grass. There is a bit of scum in the bottom. From my glory years,. When I was filled with extravagant blossoms. I did not know that would not last. Vases lose their sheen after a century. The blooms go on. A receptacle...

Posted by Paul Andrew Russell. Asymp; Leave a comment. I killed someone today. It was awful; there was blood everywhere. I’d already tried to poison him but it was taking too long, so I cut his wrists. I thought it would be quicker but it was just messier. If I’d waited a little longer the drugs would probably have seen him off, because he hardly made a sound when I cut him. But still, it wasn’t quick enough for me. I wanted to get out of there, so I shot him. Posted by Paul Andrew Russell. I fastened my...
