Usually I get introspective as New Year draws near. But for some reason, I got to thinking about how much has happened this year. Sunday, May 2, 2010. I have never had a good relationship with exercise and any form of physical activity. And while my head knows that exercise (or any form of physical activity, for that matter) is important, my body somehow doesn't want to follow. It has helped somewhat to be handling Women's Health Philippines. Any physical activity I enjoy doing.
