Kofi and the electricians were hoping to test run it about now. Hilary and I are planning to visit for 3 weeks in February 2009, and are looking forward to hosting 2-4 African teams coming for various conferences and events. A Guesthome in Ghana. Laquo; Summer trip 2009. The Power is ON! Today the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) made the final connection of the power lines to our meter board… and switched on the mains! Now the staff will be able to enjoy the electric light in the evenings and run the pump to keep the water tank filled.
