Paul Taylor was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas and graduated from Wichita Heights High School in 1971. In 1974, he graduated from St. John’s College and attended Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas where he graduated in 1976 from the Emergency Mobile Intensive Care (Paramedic). It was in Winfield that he met his wife Barb and they were married in 1974. They recently celebrated their 40 th.
