In a former vegan getting excited about cooking (and subsequently eating) bone marrow, but nonetheless, here we are. This all started with my quest to find a substantial bone/chew-toy for Olive, our pit bull/shepherd mix, who seems to be abl. E to dismantle any store-bought rawhide or other chew item within a matter of minutes.

I had my annual work physical this morning and passed with flying colors, with the exception of the spirometry test which I'm always a little lacking. Sunday, December 21, 2008. Well, you need to sun if you are going to be snow blind. We rented skis for the boy. A whopping €7. Trail fees were€5. Nice. The verdict this morning was ".half boring, half ok. I want to try it again, but I want to ride those things instead." Sunday, March 1, 2009. What a stressful weekend! We finally had good weather this weekend. We got up early on Saturday to run into town to get our hairs cut (Sarah and I had appointments). Thanks to now having a car, we are able to accomplish that 35 minute trip in 12 minutes now. It is awesome. They brew a few other varieties, and the quality of the ingredients makes it taste great. I don't go there very often (only a handful of times a year, maybe), but it is quite tasty.
