So as day comes to a close I can reflect on the diet (no real problem apart from feeling hungry late in the afternoon) and the insane workout I completed in 2 parts today. Conditions of taking part in this experiment don't allow me to go into too many details other than to say 52 sets! I must be mad. Stay posted and we'll see what happens!
