What did you do this morning? Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Some try. I tri. A week later, I picked up a gym membership and took my first lap in the pool. Ridiculous. I figured I could do a run and a bike easy enough, but a swim? It was a whole new workout. As for the run? Eh I've done a marathon. How hard could a 5k be? Tuesday, June 15, 2010. What did you do this morning? Thursday, February 4, 2010. So training for a triathlon has to be put on the back burner for a few weeks. I went to the doctor yesterday after some prolonged knee pain post snowboarding. He ordered an MRI. Its most likely going need some light surgery, but yeah training will be pushed back a bit. What did you do this morning? Monday, June 14, 2010. If I say I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it. In September 2005 I made the decision that I would run a marathon. It took a bunch of 5k runs and a a few half marathons to get me there. In November 2006, I ran the New York Marathon. I took a break for a few years from the long races just doing a few 5k and 10k runs to keep me active. I didn't realize the full strain of the accumulated training my knees took. Chronic injuries suck. Monday, June 14, 2010.

What did you do this morning? Thursday, May 21, 2009. So I got a little lazy with this thing. Been a roller coaster of a month and a half since the last post. Exciting new business ventures. Etc etc. etc. Wedding is over and now to breathe. We leave in 6 days for our honeymoon in greece, italy, etc. I'm looking forward to the excursions at every city we go to.
