The restaurant Taverna’n opened its doors at Youngstorget in Oslo in December 2014. Paulsen and Nilsen was responsible for designing and managing the construction of the 350m2 fitout. Bico Bygg og Innredning were the contractors and BJ Design has been a partner in the project. Located on a waterfront property, this project has been a successful collaboration between Paulsen and Nilsen and the architectural firm Nordic — Office of Architecture. Involving a full rennovation and expansive extension, the planning of this home creates a seamless experince between generous indoor and outdoor entertaining areas and more initmate family spaces. A new project for Apt Properties, consists of 5 townhouses in vibrant Grünerløkka which have been developed in collaboration with Arcasa Architects. Paulsen and Nilsen have been responsible for internal planning layouts and the selection of materials and fittings. We have designed custom kitchens and bathrooms. All 5 houses were sold shortly after being put on the market.

Extensive renovation and extension of a private villa on the sea side outside Oslo. The Varner Vallaker family had a house from the eighties on a fantastic plot facing the sea on Nesøya outside Oslo. The existing house did not take advantage of the site potential and did not have a satisfactory plan layout. Wednesday, April 27, 2011. David is 10 months old. David is growing so fast. He is such a fun baby. He was totally posing. For these pictures. When I would put the camera down he would cry. When I held up the camera he would strike a pose and smile. His hair. Is brown and getting long and curly on the top. He has big blue eyes. With curly eyelashes. He loves to play peekaboo. He is a great eater. He sleeps very well at night, but will not sleep in his crib during the day. He is a joy to have in our family.
