开到荼蘼花事了: 碎碎念

蔬菜回来：秋葵（羊角豆）、秀珍菜（前面长长那个）、莴. 苣（生菜）和马尼菜(cangkok manis)。忘了只有自己一个人吃。 许是年纪的关系，有点emo的时候，老想归隐田园，种菜. 想种菜的人不会买菜。羊角豆买老了。通常我不敢动这些蔬菜，只会跟菜贩说我要这个那个。 前阵子，在泗里街吃到千宝菜，念念不忘。回来一直在找。还没找到。 至于落葵，也是可遇不可求。这些以前常常吃的野菜现在竟然变得矜贵。小时候，我们常用落葵紫黑色的果实涂指甲。还有，凤仙花的花瓣也可以染指甲。所以，凤仙花也叫指甲花。 下午替一个门徒学生补课，学生妈妈送来炒饭便当，外加学生的男朋友送的一根玉米，吃得好满足。发现怎么人家都那么厉害，炒个饭也那么好吃。自己一大把年纪，好像从来没做好过家事。 人就是这么奇怪。吃腻了不像月饼的月饼后（蛋黄酥、冰皮、燕菜、乳酪口味、水果口味、朱古力口味.）倒怀念起古早味来了。 传道家吃饭，年轻的师母很棒，烧了几样家常菜，大家赞不绝口。除了汗颜，我也不耻下问，回家大胆尝试。于是有了这一道. 炒南瓜 马尼菜（cangkok manis)。 Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia.

十月份，原本计划去土耳其，却跟了成团的人去了圣地。遗憾埃及时局动乱，不能一睹尼罗河的真貌，亲临上帝颁布十诫给摩西的西奈山，当然还有小时候课本中的金字塔。 我们先到约旦的安曼。这些地方没有办法自由行，只能跟着团队跑。虽说是秋天，约旦一些地方还是蛮热的。约旦的自然条件差，大片国土都是沙漠，虽位于中东却没有石油资源。但首都安曼是繁华的，现代化的。导游爱国的情怀从他的介绍中表露无疑；他骄傲的说约旦人热爱和平，周边国家局势动乱，但他们不受影响，仍保持稳定。我们当然知道，在国际的政治舞台上，约旦最为人称道的是在复杂的中东格局中左右逢源。 安曼郊区很多的屋子像是未完成的建筑物，屋顶上竖着铁架。原来约旦人建屋子的原则是先建一楼，儿女成家后就向上扩充，再盖一层。长久以来屋子就好像建不完似的，也可以省掉门牌税。导游是这么说的。 在尼泊山上学摩西遥望迦南，不是不惆怅的。游客太多，有点扫兴。但自己也是游客。 我们去了著名的沙漠中的玫瑰城佩特拉 （Petra）. 贝多因的帐篷以黑白为主，用羊毛或骆驼毛缝制。吉普赛的帐篷色彩多，当地的吉普赛人有很多是阿富汗的难民。我们坐老吉普...中午抵达瓦地伦的玫瑰色沙丘。大太阳&...
