The Barclay Family: We found our thrill...On blueberry hill...
http://familybarclay.blogspot.com/2012/07/we-found-our-thrillon-blueberry-hill.html
We found our thrill. On blueberry hill. We decided to go blueberry picking this morning with some great friends. I've never been, but it was pretty fun! We were able to pick about a pound and a half (for only $1.70! In about 25 minutes. We would have stayed longer but my babies were whining about sweating. Are you kidding! I also realized on our trip, that little miss Emerson LOVES her some blueberries! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Our family of four. A Carson Kind of Life.

The Barclay Family: Quenton's First season of Soccer!
http://familybarclay.blogspot.com/2012/07/quentons-first-season-of-soccer.html
Quenton's First season of Soccer! Quenton completed his first season of soccer! He was so excited to finally be able to play an organized sport on a team. He has spent two years watching his big sister play, and it was finally HIS turn! He had a blast! He didn't spend much time making contact with the ball, but he did run up and down the field, and did a great job of trying to follow the ball! Pretty good considering he was the youngest on the team! Great job, sweet boy! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The Barclay Family: April 2011

Jamaica. What can I say? Amazing. So different than I had imagined. Relaxing. Fun. Adventurous. Perfect. The list goes on and on. I won't bore you too much with the details, but we had a terrific time, missed our babies terribly, and were able to have a lot of wonderful food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, see the native people of Jamaica, learn a little, and go snorkeling, kayaking, and on a catamaran. We also watched an amazing Tin pan drum group. Amazing. Enjoy the BEAUTIFUL sights. Quenton...

The Barclay Family: The produce aisle...
http://familybarclay.blogspot.com/2012/07/the-produce-aisle.html
Is now in MY backyard! Addison decided that she wanted to grow some vegetables after watching our neighbor grow and harvest his own tomatoes and strawberries. So, we gave in and decided to build our own garden in the backyard. After a LOT of sweat, and hard work from Jae and I, we have a great little garden! Where were the kids that wanted the garden when it was time for the hard work? It is growing so well, that we had to make the garden plot larger! I'll post pictures as we start to harvest them! The Barclay Family: Disney World 2012
http://familybarclay.blogspot.com/2012/07/disney-world-2012.html
Towards the end of March, 2012, my mom and dad took the older kids and I to Disney World! Jae and Emerson stayed home because she would not have enjoyed it, and Jae is not a big fan of waiting in lines! We were there for almost 5 days and it was so much fun for the kids! They had an absolute blast! They were able to get made up into Jake (from the Neverland Pirates) and a mermaid! They rode almost every ride for their size, watched parades, and played, played, played! Thank you SO much Nana and Papi!

No No No. Daddy undies. So, potty training with Quenton is a completely different ball game than it was with Addison. Quenton will go pee-pee on the potty almost every single time that you put him on the potty. The only problem.only once in the last 3 or 4 weeks that he has been doing this will he tell me on his own that he actually needs to go. So, we are still in pull-ups/diapers. Aside from that.he REFUSES to wear big boy undies. I'm not sure why? Links to this post. The kids had an absolute blast!

The Barclay Family: Sunday, Funday...
http://familybarclay.blogspot.com/2012/07/sunday-funday.html
My mom bought the kids these adorable outfits for church! Addison loves the movie "Tangled", and Rapunzel is on the smocking of the girls' outfit. So, of course Quenton was matching with a pink polo. And, somehow, he convinced his daddy to match him, too! So, poor Jae had to wear HIS pink polo and khaki shorts and match the kids for church that Sunday.you're a good daddy, Jae! I must say, (although I am a little biased) that I have a beautiful little family! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Photo dump...
