Payne Seal :: Free Software That I Recommend
http://www.payneseal.com/software.php
Free Software That I Recommend. I use and endorse the following free software. Is a superb email client that is a great alternative to Microsoft Outlook. Like mentioned above regarding web browsers, I like using an alternative to Microsoft products when it comes to the internet, since security holes are constantly being found in their products, and virus writers target their products for that reason. There is no cost for this software. Is a great utility that aids in developing websites. It allows re...

The Purpose of Life is a life of purpose." - Richard Leider. Who's the more foolish: the fool, or the fool who follows him? Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat." - Theodore Roosevelt. To love is to admire with the heart; to admire is to love with the mind." - Theophile Gautier. Success is ...

Payne's Adventures: April 2006
http://pseal.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 29, 2006. Ride to Maggie Valley, NC. Today I rode up to Maggie Valley, NC. I rode I-26 to Greenville, SC, then took US276 through Brevard, NC to Maggie Valley. I stopped at a favorite coffee shop of mine in Brevard, Quotations, for a cup of joe. They have excellent coffee and good sandwiches and quiches as well. I was gone for around 10 hours and covered about 450 miles. I was exhausted at the end, but it was that really good exhausted feeling. Needless to say, I slept very well l...This ...

Thursday, June 15, 2006. Virginia Highlands Camping Trip. For the third year in a row I participated in my friend Daryl's annual Virginia Highlands camping trip at Comers Rock campground north of Independence. I really enjoyed it the last couple of years and had been looking forward to it this year for some time; again, I had a blast! And, like every night, generous portions of tasty dark beer. :-). Wednesday morning we packed up and headed out. After stopping for breakfast in Speedwell and saying ou...

Saturday, May 27, 2006. Nice 250 mile ride, not too far outside of Columbia. Several buddies of mine have spoken highly of that type of gear, and it really does work wonders. I stayed cool, and I didn't get all wet, like I would with a cotton t-shirt. It felt very good. I rode up Hwy 215 past the Monticello Reservoir, and passed this quaint church en route:. Posted by Payne @ 6:49 PM. Saturday, May 20, 2006. We left Friday morning and arrived at the Knoxville Zoo around noon and enjoyed it until they clo...

Saturday, December 30, 2006. Crosby Arboretum and Birmingham Botanical Gardens. I spent around a week in my hometown of Picayune, MS visiting family and friends over the holidays. On my last day I visited the Crosby Arboretum, and on my way back to Columbia I stopped and visited the Birmingham (AL) Botanical Gardens. Crosby was a modest $4, and Birmingham was free! Payne's Adventures: July 2006

Monday, July 31, 2006. Weekend trip to Chattanooga. I enjoyed Ruby Falls that I recently saw, but Cumberland was more a true cave with huge rooms, whereas Ruby started out as a tiny shaft leading to the falls, and blasting was done to give access to the falls. Overlooking Chattanooga from Point Park. Snodgrass House: Wounded soldiers from both sides were treated here. Outcropping at Point Park. Posted by Payne @ 6:57 PM. Friday, July 21, 2006. Tuesday, February 27, 2007. Today I began a quest to visit the fourteen covered bridges in Georgia. My plan was to visit three, but alas, only two were in the cards. Both bridges I visited today are open to traffic, so it was a neat experience riding across them. Those crazy Italians. :-) They had one of the new 1098's, as well as a prototype of the new Hypermotard! Couldn't have asked for better weather. Posted by Payne @ 10:48 PM. Tuesday, August 22, 2006. Superbike Races @ VIR. View from the shore. My tent as viewed from the shore. Sunday morning I headed back to the track, where I met up with two fellow N250RC members, James and James. :-) We parked infield and watched the action from turns 3-5, a great viewing area. We had a great time watching the racing and checking out the vendor booths. I got to chatting with a girl who it turned out was from Biloxi and is a fellow Mississippi State graduate! Guzzi with beautiful paint.
