Wednesday, September 29, 2010. I just don't know how I feel about having my weight on my blog. It's hard to see those numbers but they are real and facing that is sometimes so hard. In my mind I am a thin active person. Wow talk about mind games. I have to remember where I really am and face reality. Anytime I loose weight I think, "I'm thin now! But then seeing that number in big letters and color reminds me I have a ways to go. Don't be discouraged just take it one day at a time. September 27, 2010.

Friday, February 5, 2010. I don't remember where this was taken. Anyone know? To explain the I didn't do nothing post. In California we were visiting Tim and Andrea. Chase came out from behind the couch and looked at his dad and said, "I didn't do nussing." Tim didn't think much of it until Grandpa John was looking for his contact case that he had set down beside the couch. Aha! We looked behind the couch and there were his contacts ripped into little pieces! Jeepers Creepers take a look at them peepers!

Tuesday, September 28, 2010. So the fight continues today. When I began this trek, at the encouragement of my sister Liz I weighed 224 pounds. I am now 208 and having a difficult time getting off of 208, but I will get there. So the shake - and for lunch I had a nutri system bowl of bean soup with my own stir fryed (in pam) zuccinni because I have 8 or 9 very large zucinni from our garden on the counter and they need to be eaten! Thursday, October 21, 2010. Today is Thursday October 21, 2010. I was in charge of Young Women in Excellence last night and it turned out pretty well. We had a great dinner together with the parents and YW Leaders and the Bishopric. Thanks to the Young Women! Sunday, October 17, 2010. Well it has been a busy two weeks or so. I have been tending grandchildren while parents were away and couldn't find one minute to blog so I am going to catch up on life. It's kind of a blur but I was able to maintain while taking care of children. Pretty good considering I usually gain because it seems that everyone needs food all the time. I went to have my stress test done! Way to go Kathy! You are so great. I love you and appreciate you so much! Wow they worked so hard!

The morning of the C-section I was so nervous, and I'm not a nervous person! Neither Brian or I could believe that it was actually D-Day. We got checked in at 10:30 and had to do some last minute snap shots of my belly! I couldn't believe that we were going to meet our little girl so soon! On my way into the Operating Room.feeling absolutely full of every emotion possible. Brian and his " Space Suit" as the doc's called it. And before we knew it they told us to look fast because she arrived at 12:38pm!

I finally got to Hold Brooklyn. I was very excited when my nurse in recovery thought I was alert enough to see Brooklyn! She wheeled me into the NICU and I thought I would be thrilled If I could just touch her but the NICU nurse handed her right to me! ST LUCIA TRIP Day 3. We spent the day at Le SPort, which is a sister resort to the Rendezvous, It was incredibly Fancy, and big, but we were very glad that we werent staying there. 5 years flies when your having fun. Brian and I just celebrated our 5 year anniversary, I can not believe how fast it has gone by.
