Convivial owner-patrons Alison McGrath and Lakis Hondrogiannis have been welcoming customers to their award-winning gastropub, located in the heart of the Marylebone/Paddington district of London, since it opened its doors in 1995. Having completely transformed an old, dark traditional English pub into a light and uplifting space, Alison and Lakis provide that extra-special personal touch to the delight of their customers, many of whom return again and again. The Chapel's first-floor function room provides a quiet, secluded venue for private functions – from daytime company meetings to intimate lunches and dinners. Catering to up to 25 people for a sit-down dinner or business meeting and 40 for a cocktail party with canapés, the room's facilities include a white-board and flip-chart and flexible seating arrangements.
