Monday, July 21, 2008. Chapter 7 OUR FIRST VISITORS CONTINUED! Kekoa and I were exploring. He had such a manly smile as he looked through the fence at the Browning Home. As we walked down the sidewalk he just stopped and started dancing. He must had songs running through his mind. Fun father and son games. ( The things we do to keep kids quiet at the restaurant.). Kekoa loved playing with the bubbles in the front yard of our little place and the back door of the Print Shop. Look at those long eyelashes!

http://ryanandjentucker.blogspot.com/2009/03/scout-day-camp.html
Sunday, March 1, 2009. I am the leader over the 11 year old scouts in the ward and recently we had a day camp. The boys did a great job! I have a wonderful group of boys and they all are eager to learn in scouting. 11 year old is a fun age because they are still excited to learn new things and look forward to the troop meetings each week. Porter is 10 years old so he will be in my troop next year. Grant Driggs and Kaden Fulps. The Rattlesnakes: Troop 136. Posted by Jen Tucker. March 10, 2009 at 2:06 PM.

http://billanddonnaflake.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 3, 2008. This is our first little charismatic home. It is a little space behind the John Taylor show home. What a thrill is was to move into this wonderful little living quarters for 6 months. I remember feeling "I need to be on my very best super sonic behavior" to live here. Memories of this charismatic little home are written in the memories of my mind! Even if we share it with the deer and raccoons! He makes a very good firecracker! This is the little door to the upstairs bedroom of t...

Sunday, March 30, 2008. Chap 3 ARRIVAL - BEAUTIFUL NAUVOO! I wanted to put in just one picture of the miserable storm we were in across Iowa. You can see 1 car in the median, there were many that afternoon. I wish I would have gotten the big rigs that jack knifed. The snow quickly turned to ice after it fell. It was so scary! The the next day was beautiful and clear. Such a big difference! The fresh white snow was marvelous to drive through after the storm was over! As you can see here, even today it is ...

Tuesday, August 26, 2008. What A Way to be Uplifted! I too am joyful! Joyful to be here and feel of their spirits as they see their beautiful Nauvoo full of appreciative visitors and again complete with its crowning glory, the Nauvoo Temple. We finished our job and felt as refreshed as if we'd had a nap that day. Thursday, August 21, 2008. Horror in the Corn Patch! I was out admiring our little front garden and the cute watermelons coming along, when all of a sudden I spied. He had a feast, Boo Hoo Hoo!

Sunday, November 30, 2008. We got up this morning to this pretty view out our kitchen window. Nauvoo's first snow. Remember the deer eating apples I put on the blog a while back, this is that area. They still come back, I saw them this morning even in the snow. They must have cold toes, huh! Can you see the little squirrel in the tree? He was scurrying around and found a nut and dashed up into the tree to have the feast. They have been so busy around here lately I was surprised he found one more!
