Thursday, April 15, 2010. Ok, I got HEXEN off of Ebay a while ago, and when I installed it and ran SetUp(and chose SOUNDBLASTER for my sound card), it makes the game run EXTREMELY SLOW! But when I choose ' No Soundcard' it runs fine. What is the problem? Wow, haven't heard about that game for quite awhile! I like to do that when I play all my old games in DOSbox.hexen. Thursday, April 15, 2010. Trying to run Stalker-Shadow of Chernobyl. I am trying to install Stalker and when system status window comes up all looks good except it warns: ' Page file 1996mb' . What does this mean? I checked the system requirements provided with the game and it does not list a ' page file' requirement. So when I go through the entire install and try to open the game I get a warning box, IN GERMAN, that I can't read and the game won't start. Any help with this? What are your PC specs?
