Ingredients per a 4 persones. 4 gambes, 4 escamarlans, 4 llagostins, una sípia de mitjana, un calamar o canana. 500 g. de musclos, 1 pebrot vermell, una ceba, 2 alls, 1 tomàquet madur, una pastilla de caldo de peix, 400 g. de fideus del número 4 (gruixuts), oli, sal, una mica de colorant o safrà, 2 litres aproximadament d’aigua. Apaguem el foc i el deixem reposar durant 5 minuts. 18 diciembre, 2011. Medio kilo de sardinas frescas.
