Just a reminder that you need to use these next couple of days to get plenty of rest and eat healthy meals. You will need plenty energy for DC. I know it's summer and you want to have as much fun as possible, but you really need to take good care of yourself before this trip. You will not be getting much rest during Youth Tour.
