Viscosity Control Coating Pump. Consistent control of viscosity from 1 to 10,000 centipoise. Continuous flow of the coating to prevent stagnantation in tubes which can change the coatings viscosity. Continuously stir and circulate the coating. Manual and automatic mode. NEMA 12 electrical enclosure with PLC and touch screen controls. Air cylinders lowers and raises the coating container for removal and cleaning. Quick release pin allows the operator to remove the stir paddle for cleaning.

Viscosity Calibration
http://www.viscositycontrolcoatingpump.com/viscosity_calibration.htm
Take a sample vial of 1. coating to the Bench Viscometer, and check the viscosity. The coating must be at 6,000 CPS for this calibration. If it is not at 6,000 CPS, add solvent OR coating as needed until it’s at 6,000 CPS. Turn “POWER” knob counter clockwise to the “OFF” position. Lift viscosity bar up (Out of the way).
