It seems the camera focused on the shutter behind than the girl.You could check yr AF points and get them focused on the subject.That shutter background is overpowering and distractive. It should have been blurred.Next time choose a aperture value wide open. For this pic,convert it into Lab color mode,Choose the L channel,apply unsharp mask 300 to 400%,Radius 1,thershold 2.
