The Wee Ones: August 2009
http://lifewiththeweeones.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
A Blog For Emma, Lucy, Byron and Ayden. Monday, August 31, 2009. Little Man Is Four Today. It is so hard to believe that Byron is four today. Time has flown and this much awaited birthday finally arrived. He has been talking about his birthday for months now and informed me a week or so ago that he was going to turn five, not four. He wanted five candles, not four. Five presents, not four. I wonder what we will do when he finally turns five. Links to this post. Saturday, August 29, 2009. Clever Emma crac...

The Wee Ones: Another Soccer Star
http://lifewiththeweeones.blogspot.com/2009/10/another-soccer-star.html
A Blog For Emma, Lucy, Byron and Ayden. Monday, October 12, 2009. Last year Emma played soccer and we could see how much she had learned about the game. This year she just seems to have really blossomed. On Sunday we watched her play and it was such fun to see all the action. Here you can see her on the left going after that ball with such a determined look on her face. Watch out little girl in blue. I love this action shot with the grass flying from their cleats. Crash! Takes me back.*sigh*.

The Wee Ones: New Assistant Coach
http://lifewiththeweeones.blogspot.com/2009/10/new-assistant-coach.html
A Blog For Emma, Lucy, Byron and Ayden. Tuesday, October 6, 2009. Lucy has decided she wants to play soccer this fall. In the four year old age group they have four practice/game sessions falling on Tuesdays. The soccer star. She told me she was brave. Of course this was after the game while driving home. Bravery is easier when you are eating your snack and in a warm car with no other soccer stars around. Last nights game was spent helping her coach. This is what we saw. Yes coach. You tell them.

The Wee Ones: June 2009
http://lifewiththeweeones.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
A Blog For Emma, Lucy, Byron and Ayden. Tuesday, June 9, 2009. Today Lucy turned four. Wow! It hardly seems possible that she is growing up so fast. That cute little dimply smile and teeth that turn in like her mommy's did. She is small but has grown so much this last few months. I have seen some of her clothes finally become a little short on her. But alas still baggy around that skinny little waist. Happy birthday little girl. I love you! Links to this post. A display of the sheer magic of pictures. With the right touch, it can be evident in advanced photography and even in the most basic. In yesterday's post, I showed some green screen shots and how the background can be replaced. But I'm about to show you that it can be just as easy to replace the backgrounds of other pictures as well - sometimes it's even easier. To make it interesting, I'll be placing before and after pictures throughout this post of backgrounds I've edited or replaced.*. The next step i...

Photo Magic: Photoshop Techniques: "Liquify"
http://photoeditmagic.blogspot.com/2008/08/photoshop-techniques-liquify.html
A display of the sheer magic of pictures. With the right touch, it can be evident in advanced photography and even in the most basic. Under Photoshop's filters, there is a photo-fixer called "Liquify." Basically it allows you to take a photo and completely. Manipulate it. This means you can make parts of the picture bigger or smaller, swirl areas of the picture, shift parts of the picture, and so much more. In the following photos, I'm going to show how even a facial expression can be changed [slightly] ...
