The Carriage rod must be cleaned thru, then applied a light coat oil or WD40 but is not much use paper towel or drag to preform this stask, that could be help. Don't let the machine down when you knew this. WE CAN DO THIS .If you are not available . Print head noozle won't fire. Prevent maintenance for every time the carriage rotated cycles for 6,5 million .the machine is very smart. Print Head is not recognise from the carriage assy.
