教員を目指す学生が自らの実践を自らの実践映像をもとに振り返る 省察 ことで、 自分に必要な教員としての資質能力をさまざまな授業内容や教育用デジタル コンテンツから取り込み、 自己成長していく授業モデルとして課題解決 省察型教員養成プログラムの根幹を形成する Webctを用いた職能成長養成モデルに基づく授業モデル のシステム開発を行う。 このシステムは平成１８ １９年度に保健体育教員養成 授業科目で試行 改善を繰り返すこと 平成２０年度も継続 拡大中 で、そのノウハウを蓄積しているものである。
