How unfair can a church become? Fairness is a word that has always puzzled em a bit. I hear people use it a lot in a lot of different contexts. I hear people say that so and so got what was fair. Or that the only fair thing to do is…. 8220;Breaking yourself open and pouring yourself out for people who may never say thank you, that’s not fair. Because God is not fair. Back by popular demand……well not really……. So its been a while. Let em catch you up. House was for sale. It seems to be sold. Home inspections are tomorrow and Tuesday. Closing is may 27th. The day We have to be out. Did I mention we haven’t started packing yet? Call me and let me know please. But, it’s good to be teaching again. It’s been way to long. Well i will try to get back to the whole blogging atleast every other day for here on. No promises, but I will make an attempt. May 11, 2009.

And yet, I also felt that there was something deep in my heart that I wasn't surrendering to. I still feel like this. Wednesday, October 28, 2009. I dont know why i'm writing because i really dont know what to say. i'm so broken right now. I just watched hotel rwanda and every face of pain and terror all i could think about is the kids, women and men that i played with, served with and stood along side while i was in Kenya. why do we see africa as such a far away land? They are our brothers and sisters.why didn't we help? Why else is going on that we turn our back to or simply choose not to see? Why aren't we in jail?

We were discussing our tendency of bringing our human gifts and support into the relationships instead of bringing transparency and a willing spirit and a desire to see God work in and through the relationship.
