L-Lysine - seems to help increase the uptake of L-Dopa. ALC - As a boost to my neuro-transmitters. Took a while to get used to this one. Made me a little light headed. Seems to be helping. The tingling sensations in both feet subside for a few hours every time I take it. Or, am I the only one crazy enough to try this?

So, the alarm goes off at 2:30 am and Karen falls out of bed. We had tried to get to bed by 8:00 pm, but as the saying goes. "The best laid plans of mice and men ."
