Particularly when it comes to getting fit, working out and eating healthier. So at this point you decide enough is enough and you start a workout program or join a gym and commit to eating better. Spring is in the air and summer is right around the corner. And with that brings shorter hem lines and less fabric in the form of capris and sundresses and tank tops. Time to step up my game. They’re great in stir frys when you don’t want rice or pasta. The trick to these “noodles” are you need to rinse them VERY well. There is something so satisfying when you cross off another day done. It just proves that I did it and continue to do it. Yesterday was my second fit test and my numbers definitely improved in 15 days. I kept going and it was worth it because I burned 714 calories. Losing weight and getting fit in the real world. I love this dinner, it is so easy to make and is bursting with flavour. It’s like eating take out without the guilt. 2 chicken breasts (1 per person). 1/2 cup brown rice. 2 tbsp natural peanut butter. 2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce. 1 tsp sesame oil. 1 tsp rice wine vinegar. 1/2 tsp minced garlic. 1/2 tsp minced ginger. Serve over brown rice and pour remaining sauce over the dish. The whole dinner is only 9 Weight Watchers Points Plus! I finally found me.
