I am asking this question because after learning how to start cycling and propelling myself on my own after about an hour of lesson on the 1st day I have nothing notable to write about my 2nd and 3rd days of practice. For some reason, I think I twisted my knee muscle and it hurt so bad. I couldn’t run. It is just a week now from my 5K and 3 weeks from my Half Marathon. I’ve worked so hard for this. När man väl hade en sovtimma så blev man så stressad över att ta tillvara på den att det var svårt att somna. Det var tufft! När hon tillslut började amma helt fick Ebba styra mattiderna själv. Ibland gick det bara en timma, ibland 4 timmar. Även fast det kanske blev amning oftare än innan så var det så skönt. Att slippa det strikta tretimmarsintervallet. Det var mer fritt!
