There were a lot of people attending so we had to wait at the back of the hall for the first session. We missed Maria Wolfe from Galway who opened the conference. I have to say that the sound from the outset was not great. The male speakers in particular were difficult to hear. Olive Moore and Carol Green were easier to make out.
