Yeah, I rail, kvetch, and grouse repeatedly about people flaking on me when I need them. However, apparently, when I am in desperate need and am not depending on anyone The Universe will send someone by way of apology. Survived the day and started packing early. Guess what? This wonderful man helped me carry all my stock/fixtures back to the car and Tetris it all in. I honestly don't know if I would have been able to do it without his help. S Mad Scavenger Hunt list. Sew Lind: Catching Up
http://sewlind.blogspot.com/2009/07/catching-up.html
A stitch in time would have confused Einstein! Tuesday, July 28, 2009. I made a skirt for myself recently which I'd like to share with you. The main fabric was given to me by a generous work colleague, leftovers from a skirt she made for herself, a very pretty embroidered fabric. There were quite a few wedge shaped pieces which worked really well for a 10 gore skirt design from Ottobre Woman. Do you like the fun little secret touch inside, lining remnants! July 28, 2009 at 7:17 PM. Maisy and the boys.

I have promised to sew some summer hats and belts for Crafters4Charity summer stalls. And (as blogged before) the really big project, sewing my niece's formal dress :-). I actually got on the sewing machine tonight after days of tracing and cutting fabric, woohoo, feels good, LOL ;-). My favourite spot at home :-). Sewing with a plan.
