Simple Pleasures: October 2009
http://drevas-simplepleasures.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
A Jersey Girl in a Small New England Town. Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Some pics from this past weekend:. Lenny getting in some stroller practice at a farm in Chester, NJ with Baby Kai. Miss Phoebe with painted toenails! When I asked her about them, she turned to me and said, "Bebe" (Karl's mother). Phoebe finding a bag of gummy bears. She didn't quite know how to eat them though. She had one in her cheek for a little while and then eventually spit it out. Lenny's sister, Sheila's little girl, Micaela.

Simple Pleasures: June 2010
http://drevas-simplepleasures.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
A Jersey Girl in a Small New England Town. Saturday, June 26, 2010. I finally made it to post 100 and it was almost video of the turkeys, but even I have tired of them, so I have something better to post about. We (and by "we" I mean Dad and Lenny) finally planted some trees in our front yard! Aren't the leaves pretty? They also get flowers in the spring. A before and after shot. And one pic with a turkey. Sorry, I couldn't resist. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 10 Weeks and Counting.

http://drevas-simplepleasures.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
A Jersey Girl in a Small New England Town. Saturday, September 26, 2009. New Video (starring Miss Phoebe). We are leaving shortly for our babymoon, but Miss Phoebe and her parents just left so here is an unedited sideways video of her new catchphrase that she learned from her daddy:. Tuesday, September 8, 2009. That would have been perfect! Although a little small. PS - Also at Job Lot I bought some daffodil bulbs to plant around the mailbox so they will come up next spring. They are called Hollywood...

The Arthur Craziness: 1/1/11 - 2/1/11
http://thearthurcraziness.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Jim Deana. Macie. Davis. January 27, 2011. This is a post that should have been done a long time ago, but the Chicago trip took place prior to my blogging "comeback".so I am doing it now. Mainly because I was just thinking about this trip, and just how much FUN it was! Hmmm, can I do this? HELL YES I CAN! On Sunday morning I walked down to the race start with friends. Jim was going to be at the 1st and 3rd mile markers, so I would get to see him early on. I also saw him around 12 and then 26. I was SUPER...

Simple Pleasures: December 2009
http://drevas-simplepleasures.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
A Jersey Girl in a Small New England Town. Tuesday, December 29, 2009. My uncle, Larry, and his wife, Inger, came up for the long weekend to tile our upstairs bathroom! Here she is mid-project:. This is Inger's specialty, so Larry assisted by cutting tiles and he also found various other random things around the house that had never been finished, such as the cover for the attic fan above the front stairway, and spackling the stairway leading down to the basement. Friday, December 25, 2009. Ok, so it's n...

Simple Pleasures: First Outing in the Stroller
http://drevas-simplepleasures.blogspot.com/2010/02/first-outing-in-stroller.html
A Jersey Girl in a Small New England Town. Sunday, February 28, 2010. First Outing in the Stroller. So, for now, I am going to post new stuff here again because if there is one thing having a baby teaches you, it's how to enjoy the most simple of things - a look, a touch, a few hours of uninterrupted sleep, and, after our last visit to the pediatrician, our first walk down the street and back in the stroller:. February 28, 2010 at 8:16 PM. Love the pom pom hat! March 8, 2010 at 9:22 AM. The hat is good!

Simple Pleasures: November 2009
http://drevas-simplepleasures.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
A Jersey Girl in a Small New England Town. Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Cute Babies and a Lobster Tail (also entitled, Things That Make Me Smile). I finally got this pic of L and T's newborn baby boy to upload correctly! He was all bundled up for our chilly fall outing and I guess he wanted to sleep but he didn't want to miss any of the action, so he would open one eye for awhile, close it, open it again. Here's a couple newer pics of B and G's baby boy. This first one made me laugh. What a face!

Little Kissy Homemaker: Date Night 5/9/11
http://kissyhomemaker.blogspot.com/2011/05/date-night-5911.html
Tuesday, May 10, 2011. I know- weird. You see, I started South Beach again yesterday. I have three SB cookbooks and one of them had a recipe for Pecan Crusted Trout. So I called Josh at work. The conversation went something like this:. Me: Babe, how do you feel about trout? Josh: I LOVE trout. I don't know that I've ever eaten it before, but I'm sure I love it. And he did. Enough to take the leftovers to work today for lunch. I said I'll take one like that. And Date Night was as well. Out my front door.

The Arthur Craziness: Saturday Fun
http://thearthurcraziness.blogspot.com/2011/04/saturday-fun.html
Jim Deana. Macie. Davis. April 2, 2011. Who needs Sunday Funday when you have Saturday Funday? These kids are crazy if they are not worn out because momma is beat! We scored some great stuff! I have been monitoring Craigslist lately for a power-wheels toy for Macie. All the kids on the street have them and Macie is always driving or riding in the neighbors. Today, I found a Barbie Jeep for Moo! It was in great shape, well working battery and the price was right. Moo and I were both super excited!
