Sunday, December 18, 2011. Oh hello, running! My last run was about this time in November. Truly I have been sitting in the first-class cabin on the Slacker Express. Eating and drinking WAY too much chocolate and egg nog. So tonight's treadfest was short and sweet - 15 min. mile pace for 1.5 miles. Then I did 30 crunches (front and obliques). Stretched.
