Pictures and Ponderings by Greg. Monday, February 14, 2011. Jan asked for a new bedspread for Christmas, so I agreed, and she went and picked it out. That started a total revamp of our bedroom, with furniture painted black, trim painted white, and walls painted yellow and gray. It turned out great! Here are the before and after pictures. I saw these mallard ducks swimming on the water on my pool cover, and thought it odd that two females would be together without any males. Then i noticed that the beaks were different, and did some research to discover that duck with the yellow bill is the male in "eclipse plummage". Sunday, October 17, 2010. I lost my tooth! Christopher lost his first tooth while biting into a marshmallow. The very next day, he lost his second tooth- literally- while biting into a marshmallow. Sunday, January 24, 2010. Adam and I have the same issue that so many couples have.where he hits the pillow and is asleep two minutes later (not an exaggeration) and I take forever falling asleep. Inevitably as I am trying to convince myself to sleep, my mind starts to drift to both our hope for the adoption and C. When C was diagnosed, he still stood and cruised along the furniture. I knew he had stopped walking out into the room but, knowing so little about SMA. And then, I learned about just was SMA.

Greetings from the land of eternal summer - :) We had a great time going boating for the first time in our marriage of 4 years at Lake Pleasant, a popular place here in Phoenix. Enjoy the pics. By the way Summer and I both tried to wakeboard - it was rather unsuccessful - I went home quite bruised with nothing to show for it. Waving hello to the camera. He woke up on the morning of his birthday and told me he was really glad he was five now because it was hard to hold down a finger for four.
