ICE CREAM RIDE ON JULY 17, 2010. The Third Annual Ice Cream Ride will start at 7:30am on July 17, 2010. We gather together at the Perry Welcome Center to ride a 52.5 mile loop through Marshallville and Montezuma and back to Perry. Depending on wind, we may go the opposite route. Saturday, March 14, 2009. Coach G said the fitness would quickly return, but it sure didn't feel like it the first couple of weeks back. I had a solid week of training this week and feel great. I'll finish up with about 11 hours total for the week after an easy run tomorrow. I also managed to fit in 60 hours of work between swim bike and run sessions. Gulf Coast Triathlon is getting closer and I'm looking forward to seeing how my fitness develops between now and then. Should be fun. Georgia, United States.

B: We were riding in the right lane of a four lane divided road. He could have just gone around us in the left lane without being hindered in the least bit. Maybe that’s why I’m pissed.
