Quick Trip Through the Years. In the beginning there was cropland, cattle, sheep, country roads and the lonely beginnings of Pecos Ranch Community. Oh yeah, and a couple of goats in a fenced in tiny old farm house on the northwest corner at the Dobson Road (signal light there now) entrance to the development (across from the waterfall). The swimming pool and tennis court can be seen where Willis hits the T intersection. This outstanding feature stood by itself to greet anyone entering the community.
