A planned early start with a cheeky 30 mile bike ride fell apart due to laziness and rug rats so instead a 8 mile route on the mountain bike 2 hours later transpired. Good workout, lots of spinning. It felt faster but timer said only 1 minute 8 seconds faster than last week. 3 miles 33.28 av speed 5.3 mph. Not the quickest but will get better.
