It took courage to take the finally jump, putting my baby out there in the world for someone else to love. I am incredibly happy to announce that peekaboo has found a new happy home and next week will continue its incredible journey under the careful guidance of it's new mother. I simply spend way too much money at the supermarket on food items I think I will use and then every night put something together off the top of my head. seriously needs to change. The wastage alone is crazy! So next week I have a plan and I will be shopping accordingly. Here is the gluten free food plan:. Great served with some fresh english spinach leaves.

There was an error in this gadget. Sunday, 29 January 2012. 2011 for me brought some answers but also some hard times as far as my health and diet are concerned. I was initially diagnosed with Coeliac's disease and a lactose intolerance, which for a foodie like me was a huge upset to my daily food intake! Then just before Christmas I also was diagnosed with an under-active thyroid, not the worst thing in the world, but not the best either! So that brings me to my new healthy start. There was an error in this gadget. Thursday, 2 February 2012. Ok so raw and steamed vegetables only is a lot harder than you think! I have managed 5 days of a little clean out.don't know if it was cheating but I did add in a very little amount of poached chicken and boiled eggs to the mix to help me get through. I basically lived on raw vegetables during the day, lots of salads and then steamed veges at night. I do feel heaps better and not as tired in the mornings. Designed by Rhian at Lose Baby Weight.
