Sunday, April 24, 2011. Lamb, lamb, lamb! I can't get enough! I think I may be obsessed with this tender, slightly gamey meat. I can't stop thinking about it, I can't stop ordering it, and all I want to do is cook it and eat it! I had to hold back my excitement as I sliced it for the first time to discover how perfectly cooked it was.just a little pink in the center. I even did a mini victory dance in the kitchen.
