At home in Vancouver, British Columbia. Christmas trees are sold in big stores like Home Depot. On a recent Tuesday afternoon, I stumbled upon a Christmas tree vendor on one of the busiest corners on the Upper West Side. She braved the cold in a black newsboy cap, green cargo pants, a short blue coat, and a pair of heavy duty gloves.

2015/8/11 晚餐 - 梅香照燒雞翅、金平牛蒡、明太子鴻喜菇沙拉 and 胡麻豆腐. 雞中翅 6支洗淨抹乾去骨，於中空處抹上薄薄的日式紫蘇高南梅醬，雞皮朝下煎至金黃色，翻面後再倒進以 梅醬 1小匙 and 醬油、清水、味醂、料理酒及三溫糖各 1大匙調成的醬汁，煮至雞翅熟透、醬汁稠厚即可。 金平牛蒡 (6人份，可冷藏存放 5 7天). 牛蒡 1整枝洗淨，以刀背刮去外皮後，以削鉛筆的方式把牛蒡削成細絲，泡在檸檬水中備用。紅蘿蔔 1枝洗淨去皮，以同樣方式削成細絲。平底鍋下麻油，熱鍋後放進牛蒡絲及紅蘿蔔絲，炒至微軟後倒進以 醬油、味醂、料理酒各 2湯匙 and 三溫糖 1湯匙調成的醬汁，煮至醬汁收乾，食用時灑上金胡麻便可。 明太子鴻喜菇沙拉 (4人份，可冷藏存放 2 3天). 鴻喜菇 4包去根，水煮至熟，澀乾放涼。明太子一條去膜，與美乃滋 4 5大匙、昆布白醬油 1大匙 and 檸檬汁 2小匙調成明太子沙拉醬，拌進已放涼的鴻喜菇，冷藏 2小時或以上。 標籤： 鼎鼐之道. 尋常滋味. 2015/8/10 晚餐 - 和風咖喱豬排飯、胡麻醬蕃茄沙拉 and 玉米蛋花湯. 牛蒡 1/3 根 (長約 20cm)&#...
