Just" (as in, two hours ago) finished unpacking my not so heavy suitcase (and forgot to pack the only important thing I had to take with me back to Brighton.crumbs). Just back from this lovely, lovely, strange but lovely Italian holiday. First days at home: enjoying the comfort of my bed, of my silent nice room, of the green field and mountains around me, of the kitchen, clean and tidy, of the bathroom, and the comfortable shower, of everything, really.

Ok, I bought this book because I had read some enthusiastic review from a fellow blogger, and me being fascinated by crime and investigation, I thought I’d give it a try. I read the whole book on the train from my town to Trieste and finished it there. I only wanted to finish it and begin another book, something more interesting, better told, something good. As we were packing my books the other week I looked at my copy of Leaves of Grass and thought if I should keep it out, then thought betterI’ll use the library and the Internet, sometime later this year. It’s good read, and quick and strong. There is also a bowl. A white China bowl. The website is not very helpful, apart from some reviews.
