Sunday, February 22, 2009. Brynn's Baptism- our new Goddaughter. Nicole and I with Brynn. She was a peach through the baptism. Slept for most of it. OG got to run riot around the church afterwards. She kept trying to climb up in this fancy chair that looked like it was only meant for Jesus, The Pope and the local priest on a special occasion. I peeled her off it. I have always wanted to see the cherry in the spoon sculpture and I finally convinced Ben to let us stop to see it on our way into town. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. We caught this squirrel red handed ripping the roof off of the boys' playset. Cameron was quite upset until I reasured him the tarp could be replaced. It used a bite/pull/rip action to totally destroy it. An argument between Jacob and Cameron regarding the playset roof situation broke out later and it went something like this:. Olivia and Anna's Space. A little place for our family. Friday, November 6, 2009. Anna Claire turned 5 Months old last week, and continues to change all the time. She giggles alot, especially at Olivia and Daisy. She is always chewing on something but we are still waiting for a tooth to pop through, and has also been working on sitting up. She is so laid back and is such a sweet baby. Tuesday, November 3, 2009. B-day, Bubbles, and Halloween. Putting some toppings on the pie. Stirring up the cake batter.

Wednesday, July 9, 2008. Everyone came over afterwards for some super exciting snakes, sparklers, and confetti sticks. Wow was it exciting! Jeremy was the responsible adult when he made sure everyone was a safe distance back before he flung colored paper strips into the air. All paper cuts. In his age group. I won my age group. at this point I must unfortunately point out the fact that I was the only one in my age group. That is how I won. Travis ran 3 minutes faster than I did. Were there to meet us....

Olivia and Anna's Space. A little place for our family. Friday, May 14, 2010. Today we packed up and went to the Tulip Festival in Orange City, IA. The weather was beautiful, 78 degrees, no wind, and not a cloud in the sky. We saw a parade, rode the merry-go-round, had some good food, and saw lots of wooden shoes and tulips. Monday, May 11, 2009. Shroomin' on a Sunday Afternoon. I had Noah on my back the whole time, he was a lot more interested in me whapping may-apples with my walking stick than finding mushrooms. But while Noah and I were traipsing about Master-Blaster style, Hilary found some really nice ones. Its the size of her hand! After we got home I fried them up. Using only butter, of course. It's quite a bit more finicky than oil, as it starts burning really fast.but morels were made for butter. News of the Weird.
