Tuesday, January 6, 2009. Leif will be 3 mos. old on Sat. which is hard to believe! He is much more interactive now, and is sleeping through the night (almost). He got his first round of shots a few weeks ago, and he was a trooper (cried then slept all day). He loves to blow bubbles, and smiles and squeals at us when we imitate him. He has rolled over a few times now on his own (belly to back), and he loves to kick! It was Leif's first long trip, and he did very well! Leif slept through most of Christmas.

Monday, November 24, 2008. A Note from Leif). Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! It's my second holiday, and I'm only 6 1/2 weeks old! Mommy and Daddy tell me that turkey is good but I don't even know what a turkey is. Oh well. They want to let you all know how thankful we are for all of you! I've grown quite a bit in just a few weeks (over 9 lbs. now) so I thought I'd share some more pictures and milestones with you. I can hold my head up pretty well now! Sitting in my swing. Friday, February 20, 2009. Hello, everyone- we did not forget about you! The past couple of months have been a busy whirlwind! Alissa has been preoccupied with learning all kinds of things.local anesthetic injections, drug interactions, oral cancer.but you don't want to hear about all that! Wednesday, July 22, 2009. Here I am stuck in the piano legs at Grandma and Grandpa Hanson's. It's been a busy month! With Daddy not working this month and Mommy done with the Boards, we had lots of time to travel to see family! We went to Rapid City then Minot and stopped in Fargo on the way back home. It was the longest road trip I've ever done. I made sure we stopped a lot to stretch our legs, eat, and change my diaper. Other than the driving, we had a great time! I even went on a hike! Wednesday, December 3, 2008. I just want to take this opportunity to share a funny story. Yeppoop was leaking out the side of his diaper. Friday, October 31, 2008. Wow, time flies! Leif is now three weeks old and is doing well! We've had many visitors the past couple weeks and are amazed at how generous and supportive everyone has been! He is also an inch taller (21) and his head is an inch bigger.
