http://threadsnfiber2.blogspot.com/2008/01/titanic-artifact-exhibit.html
Monday, January 7, 2008. For our Christmas presents our son Eli bought us tickets to the Arizona Science Centers Titanic Artifact Exhibit. We spent a good part of 4 hours Christmas Eve morning touring it. If you get the chance be sure and see it! The recreation of the rooms, the sides of the ship, grand staircase and all the artifacts brought up are "chilling". Posted by Patsy Morris. January 7, 2008 at 11:32 AM. It's great to have you back in the blogosphere. I've missed you so! View my complete profile.

Threads~n~Fiber 2: Portraits in Fabric
http://threadsnfiber2.blogspot.com/2008/02/portraits-in-fabric.html
Wednesday, February 6, 2008. I'm taking a class online at Quilt University with teacher Marilyn Belford award winning artists of Portrait Quilts using her special techniques. http:/ www.marilynbelford.com/. This is my maternal Grandmother. The first week was spent drawing out her facial features. Second week was spent cutting and piecing fabrics to the line drawing. Work is progressing and what a journey this has been! Next week we will be fusing all pieces and then free motion thread painting. Yikes!

Threads~n~Fiber 2: September 2007
http://threadsnfiber2.blogspot.com/2007_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 22, 2007. This is a button PC I made for a swap I am in. It's a one to one embellishment swap. I used waste threads from my serger which I punched into some orange hand dyed wool. This is a challenge I finished for Textile Design group. A handbag made out of fiber fusion. I had been saving this piece for a couple of years now. Just couldn't cut it up, but now that I have I still have some left over to make a Padfolio or use as embellishments on a tote bag. Posted by Patsy Morris.

Threads~n~Fiber 2: March 2007
http://threadsnfiber2.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 27, 2007. Here is a postcard using plantfiber fusion. Bits of yarns, glitter and anything else that might add texture to the fiber have been added. The fibers come in many different colors, including white so you can dye your own specific colors. More fiber fusion using tye dyed cheesecloth which I fuse to wrinkled up tissue paper and attached to the plant fiber fusion by sewing the two together making a postcard. Posted by Patsy Morris. Sunday, March 25, 2007. Paints N Fibers on oil cloth.

Threads~n~Fiber 2: One Month
http://threadsnfiber2.blogspot.com/2008/01/one-month.html
Monday, January 7, 2008. The giraffe quilt is my daughter's. The colorful quilt is my soon to be daughter-in-law's, Jess. It has been one month since I've posted anything to my blogs! I was busy with Christmas and we took a 12 day trip to Phoenix AZ to spend Christmas with our kids. Here are some pictures of the lap quilts I made the kids. I did free motion quilting on all three of them and my neighbor Mary hand sewed the bindings on them! Jess was wrapped up in hers before the night was over.
