LCD flat screen TV and DVD player in lounge. Own entrance with sunny deck and outdoor furniture. Quiet culdesac, no traffic, only the sounds of Tui's, Moreporks and the surf breaking on the rocks below. Use of 2 burner barbeque on your own deck. Use of computer in main house to checks flights etc, you only have to ask.
