Monday, April 29, 2013. Caramel Apple Cheese Bars. I have made these bars twice this week and it has become a scrumptious treat for us and many visitors. I even got to take some for my mom while she was in town. They aren’t too difficult and super worth the work. 2 cups flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks of butter. Combine and press into a 9x13 pan lined with foil. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. 3(8 oz) cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla. My name is Molly.
